New toy

Well the cast on my arm has been removed but mobility is still very poor with my left hand so it will be a lot more one handed stab stitch quilting for me.  To make this task easier I am now the proud owner of new multi function hands free frame.

I am looking forward to getting back to some of my other numerous works in progress and hope this will be soon.

Until next time
Frances

Best of luck with your new toy. Do let us know how you get on with it.
Will you be having physio to get more movement in your other hand?

Where there's a will there's a way. Good for you Frances. Your quilt hoop will serve you well.

Great to have the cast off at last, but it will take a while for muscles to get stronger I should think.
Hope you make a speedy recovery and get back to all your lovely work as soon as possible.

Do what you have to do Frances. Where there is a will there is a way. At least you are now stitching. Almost there now.

A great frame Frances. I have a similar one for embroidery - it is fantastic for hands free sewing. Never thought about using it for hand quilting, but it does have a very sturdy hoop - must give it try.
Glad your plastic is now off and hopefully you can get back to what you love doing.
